Why I Wanted to Build Something That Glows for Father’s Day

Why I Wanted to Build Something That Glows for Father’s Day

This Father’s Day, I didn’t want to just buy a mug or socks again. I wanted to create something — something that shines, literally.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working on launching my own little neon sign shop. It’s called **ILLUMACREATION**, and it started as a late-night idea between coffee cups, deadlines, and way too many open browser tabs. The first sign I made? A glowing red jersey that says “DAD 23” — because every dad deserves to feel legendary.

But this project became more than just a shop. It became a reminder of how personal gifting can be. When my own son saw the sign and lit up (pun fully intended), I knew I was onto something meaningful. It wasn’t just about LEDs or acrylic — it was about *custom light*, made for someone specific, someone loved.

So here it is: a one-of-a-kind shop for one-of-a-kind dads. Whether it’s a name, a favorite quote, or a symbol that means something to your family, I want to help bring it to life.

If you're reading this, thanks for being here — and if you're still looking for that perfect gift...
